    Year 6 Wind in the Willows

    Year 6 absolutely wowed us with their production of Wind in the Willows. They have truly excelled themselves this year with their performance; the class have pulled together with the excellent guidance from Mrs Gordon-Weeks, Mrs Bartlett and Miss Rees to entertain the audience. It is so lovely to see the children confident and able to perform both together and solo.

    13 March 2015: Red Nose Day this year was fantastic. Schools had been set a mission to raise as much money as possible, as the government would double it. We certainly did that!     Year 1 and 2 had an exciting evening, coming back to school in their pyjamas, for a bedtime story evening. They read The Stick Man by Julia Donaldson and made their own stickman puppets and story books. All the children said how much they had enjoyed themselves and even left with their own book.

    What a fantastic turn-out for our Christmas Fair! It was such a lovely event with a very festive atmosphere; once again the PTFA have worked extremely hard and done an amazing job.     For Children in Need we raised an impressive total of £386 by dressing as Disney characters for a small donation.
