    Our Head and Deputy Head pupils confidently represented Dashwood at the Remembrance Day events. They laid the school wreath at the War Memorial in People’s Park and joined together with the groups and representatives from all corners of the town to pay our respects to those who have given so much.     What a wonderful time Year 6 had on their residential at ROCK UK! The children have shown fantastic determination and bravery; challenging themselves on each activity which included kayaking, the maze, adventure pits, walk the plank, the infamous King Swing and much more. Read more

    Some children in year 6 have finished their geography topic off by having a tea party! Children have spent time this term looking at local geography and discussing where they live. They have also been studying the geography of The United Kingdom They were excited to receive a postcard addressed from London so decided to host their own tea party fit for the queen! Read more
