Talk for Writing Training Dates and how to book

Get it Going – Full Day – £100 per person
A full day’s training, including lunch, which provides an overview of the 3 stages of imitation, innovation and invention.  The day will include a tour of the learning environment and Talk4Writing in practice.  It will provide practical advice to support implementation back in schools.

IT IS ADVISABLE TO HAVE ATTENDED A GET IT GOING TRAINING DAY OR PIE CORBETT TRAINING DAY BEFORE ATTENDING AN EYFS & KS1 OR KS2 DAY
EYFS & KS1 – Full Day – £100 per person
A full day’s training will look at Talk for Writing in Early years as well as Key Stage 1.  To include a model lesson and feedback session, tour of the literacy environment and training.

KS2 – Full Day – £100 per person
A full day’s training will look at Talk for Writing in Key Stage 2.  To include a model lesson and feedback session, tour of the literacy environment and training.

To book please download a booking form and email the form to thamilton@dashwood-aspirations.org.  Once confirmation of the date and the numbers required has been received, we will then confirm your booking and send an invoice out for payment.  Please note that places will only be confirmed on receipt of payment either by cheque or BACS (details on invoice) made prior to the course.  Refunds will be made for cancellations made no later than 14 days before the training session.

Whilst we are unable to offer training days in our school during term 1, we can offer consultancy, twilight, staff meeting and inset day training at your school.  Please contact us for costs and available days.

All attendees need to bring with them:
Delegates attending the EYFS/KS1 and KS2 training sessions need to bring a sample of text they have taught or are planning to teach
