Nature in the playground!

In the Reception playground, we have been carefully observing a Dove’s nest. This week the eggs hatched! The children were so excited! Well done Reception for treating the area with respect and kindness!

The dove’s nest we have in our Early Years playground was very full this morning! The baby doves were almost ready to fly and then this afternoon….they flew! The pupils have had a wonderful time watching the eggs hatch right through to them growing and flying off. How lovely for the end of the year!
